This woman pictured here from an anterior view, was reading a novel by the authoress, Agatha Christie, in the comfort of her home. The book’s pages were well-lit, thereby, reducing the possibility of eye-strain.

Caught in a mid-backhand swing, this young man was playing a game of tennis on the court. Wearing a darkly-colored tank top, loose-fitting shorts, and a protective layer of sunscreen, all helped block ultraviolet rays from damaging his sun-exposed skin.

This young man was performing push-ups on an indoor practice field’s artificial grass surface. Hopefully, he was keeping well hydrated during his exercise regimen by drinking fresh water during his workout.

Photographed at a track field, this young woman was taking a break from her workout, sitting on a bench along-side a running track. On the bench beside her was a partially-filled water bottle for the purpose of rehydration, and a pair of light-weight dumbbells, which she used during her warm-up period.

The young woman photographed here, was getting in some exercise time by practicing yoga poses. At this moment, she had stopped to take a break, and drink some refreshing water from a bottle she’d brought with her from her home.

With her shopping basket filled with an array of healthy food choices, this woman had completed her selection process at a mobile produce market, and was shown holding up a bright red bell pepper. Some of the vegetables she’d placed into her basket included a lemon, a head of cauliflower, a purple and a white onion, ginger root, and a variety of bell peppers.

This woman was photographed as she was shopping for groceries at a mobile Georgian farmers market at a point in her activity where she was choosing from a bunch of green limes in the market’s produce section.

The young woman depicted here was walking her dog on a sunny Georgia morning trying to do her morning cure for plantar fasciitis. Dressed in shorts and a sleeveless shirt, she had applied sunscreen to her sun-exposed skin, which protected her from the sun’s damaging ultraviolet rays. The inclusion of sunglasses as an accessory, was an excellent way to shield her eyes from the sun as well.
