Move over Venice, Shanzhai Biennial is taking over! The latest Shanzhai export is a music video featuring Wu Ting Ting, a conceptual artist “involved with music and writing in the genre of appropriation”. We’re excited to see Wu Ting Ting’s career develop! We’ve heard she’s looking for Western gallery representation–do you think she’s more Andrea Rosen or Bill Powers? Either way, we’re happy to see that her conceptual practice is gaining traction outside of Shanzhai. Take a look at the full video below or at MoMA PS1!
